Our Cowboy Tub Cover is designed with marine-grade vinyl, which can be custom designed to match your style preferences. Choose from 13 colors: Mahogany, Light Gray, Dark Gray, Light Blue, Dark Blue, Teal, Forest Green, Burgundy, Black, Palomino, Dark Brown, Almond, and Parchment.
The top vinyl is mildew and UV resistant, while the bottom vinyl is mold and mildew resistant, making this cover extraordinarily durable and long-lasting. The foam used in the construction of the cover is Expanded Polystyrene, which is tapered from 4" to 2" to ensure water runoff. The foam also has a 10% deformation memory, is flame retardant, and has only 2% absorption per volume.
To reinforce the cover, we added a construction-grade steel C-channel, ensuring that the cover will not sag or lose shape over time. The cover is sealed with hand-sealed plastic wrap, which keeps the foam dry and prevents water from seeping in.
The thread used to sew the cover is high-grade U.V.R. DB 92 bonded polyester, resistant to wear and tear. The side mount handles make removing and replacing the cover easy, while the flaps/skirts aid in spa protection, with 3" standard. The "Surelock" locking tie downs with a key, 2 each standard, ensure the cover stays securely in place.
Our Cowboy Tub Cover also features a commercial-grade zipper, making removing and replacing the cover easy. We are so confident in the durability of our cover that we offer a 3-year warranty.

We stand by our product and workmanship! Any spa cover manufactured by us has a FULL 3 YEAR WARRANTY on workmanship and will be repaired without charge. All stitching, including seams, handles, and tie-downs are covered.Exclusions
- Freight to and from the factory for any repairs is NOT COVERED.
- Foam core is NOT COVERED, but will be replaced at the manufacturer's cost.
- Torn vinyl is NOT COVERED, but repairable in some cases only.
- Damage to covers in transport is NOT COVERED.
- Alterations, neglect, or misuse of cover will VOID warranty.
- Warranty CAN NOT be extended in any way by anyone.
- Purchaser MUST allow for normal fading and deterioration of all components of cover.
- Spa covers placed in direct sunlight may get extremely hot, DO NOT sit, stand, or walk on cover… it can burn.
- Covers will NOT support the weight of any animal or human.
- Even covers made of high-density foam can break. DO NOT sit, stand or walk on covers.
- Handles are for purpose of positioning, and removal. DO NOT carry cover by the handles, or tie downs.
- Commercial use not covered.
